Terms and Conditions of Entry and Participation
Welcome to Rebel International! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your attendance and participation in any event ("Event") organized by Rebel International ("Rebel," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket or attending any Rebel event, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. Rebel International reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying attendees via email or social media.
1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
1.1. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date stated on the ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by Rebel International (see Section 5).
1.2. Ticket Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable except with prior written consent from Rebel International, which Rebel retains the right to refuse for any reason, and may be subject to an administrative fee. Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted to rebel@rebelinternational.co.uk at least 7 days prior to the event.
1.3. Age Restrictions: Rebel events are strictly for individuals aged 21 and over. Valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID) is required for entry to verify age.
1.4. Ticket Limits: We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person to ensure fair access for all attendees.
1.5. Entry Conditions: Rebel International reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any attendee who violates these Terms, engages in misconduct, poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others, or is unable to provide valid identification. Rebel will also refuse entry to any ticket holder who has purchased from a third party that Rebel has not authorized.
2. Event Conduct and Misconduct
2.1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Rebel International is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees, especially women and marginalized groups. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic, will not be tolerated. Any form of sexual harassment or assault will result in immediate ejection from the Event and potential legal action. Attendees are expected to respect personal boundaries and obtain clear consent before any physical contact.
2.2. Reporting Misconduct: If you experience or witness any form of misconduct, harassment, or any behavior that violates these Terms, please report it immediately to event staff, security personnel, or by contacting us at rebel@rebelinternational.co.uk or +44 [Phone Number]. Rebel International will take all reports seriously and investigate promptly and confidentially.
2.3. Consequences of Misconduct: Rebel International reserves the right to refuse entry to, eject, or ban from future events any individual found to be engaging in misconduct, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the event, violates these Terms, or poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others. Ejected individuals will not be entitled to a refund and may face legal action.
2.4. Prohibition of Illegal Activities: The use or possession of illegal substances, weapons, or any other prohibited items (as listed in Section 3) is strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed from the event and may face legal action.
3. Prohibited Items
3.1. The following items are strictly prohibited at Events:
- Illegal substances, including drugs and drug paraphernalia.
- Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.).
- Outside food or beverages (unless specifically permitted and clearly stated on event information).
- Professional recording equipment (audio, video, or photographic) without prior written consent from Rebel International.
- Laser pointers.
- Items that could be used as a weapon or projectile (e.g., glass bottles, fireworks).
- Glass containers of any kind (bottles, jars, etc.) are prohibited.
- Large backpacks or bags exceeding A4 size (30cm x 21cm x 10cm).
- Animals (except for certified service animals).
- Any other item deemed dangerous or disruptive by event security.
3.2. Confiscation: Rebel International reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Compliance with Laws and Venue Rules: All attendees must comply with local laws, venue rules, and any health and safety guidelines in place at the event.
4.2. Security Checks: Rebel International reserves the right to conduct security searches (e.g., bag checks, metal detectors) to ensure the safety of all attendees. Refusal to comply with security checks may result in denied entry.
4.3. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, please alert event staff or security immediately. Rebel International will provide assistance as necessary, but attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being.
4.4. Responsible Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is available at the Event, attendees are expected to consume it responsibly and within legal limits. Rebel International reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
4.5. Health and Safety Guidelines: Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by Rebel International or event staff, including any instructions related to infectious diseases. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay home. If you experience any symptoms of illness while at the Event, please seek medical attention immediately.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of a cancellation, Rebel International will notify ticket holders as soon as reasonably practicable and provide information on refunds or rescheduled dates.
5.2. No Refunds (Except for Cancellation): Except in the case of event cancellation by Rebel International, tickets are non-refundable. Rebel International is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation).
5.3. Force Majeure: Rebel International is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, fire, strikes, or other labor disputes. In the event of a Force Majeure event, Rebel International will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide alternative compensation to ticket holders.
6. Photography and Videography
6.1. Event Media: By attending a Rebel International event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. These images may be used on Rebel International's website, social media, and other marketing materials.
6.2. Opt-Out: If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify event staff upon entry or contact us at rebel@rebelinternational.co.uk after the event with details of your request. Rebel International will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request.
6.3. Personal Use: Attendees are permitted to take photos and videos for personal use only. Commercial use of event media without Rebel International's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1. Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own actions and any damage caused to the venue, Rebel International property, or other attendees. Rebel International is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, except where caused by our direct negligence or willful misconduct.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel International's total liability to any attendee, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the ticket. In no event shall Rebel International be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
7.3. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Rebel International is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Event Content: All intellectual property rights in the event, including but not limited to music, performances, and branding, are owned by Rebel International or its licensors. Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or distribution of event content is prohibited.
8.2. Rebel Branding: The Rebel International name, logo, and other branding elements are trademarks of Rebel International. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
9. Data Protection
9.1. Data Collection and Use: Rebel International will collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website [Link to Privacy Policy]. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Data Security Measures: We implement robust security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of sensitive data both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest (using AES-256).
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing.
- Access controls using role-based access control.

11. Compliance with Venue Rules
11.1. Venue Rules: In addition to these Terms, attendees must comply with all rules and regulations established by the venue hosting the event. Rebel International is not responsible for the actions of the venue or its staff.
12. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Vendors
12.1. Third-Party Vendors: Rebel International may engage third-party vendors (e.g., security, catering) to provide services at the Event. Rebel International is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third-party vendors.
